Designed for compounds of high viscosity and molecular weight, this semi-automated system is a complete turn-key solution for two-phase distillate production.

Combining all of the performance and ease-of-use features from the Prescott 1000, the Prescott Dual Stage eliminates the need to run material through the same system to create pure distillate.

Connected by an additional gear/transfer pump, the unit is optimized for efficient operation and increased throughput, reducing labor needs and avoiding gaps in production between batches.

Manufactured to universal electrical standards but can be built specifically to UL or CSA standards— final on-site inspection required.
